PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT for the Provision of Legal Consulting Services
- General Provisions 1.1. This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) of Mahdych Smart Advising Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) to provide legal consulting services to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) under the terms set forth below.
1.2. According to the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), this document represents a public offer and in case of acceptance of the conditions set forth below, any person accepting this offer becomes a Client.
1.3. Acceptance of this offer is carried out through payment by the Client for the Contractor’s services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- Subject of the Agreement 2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with legal consulting services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”), and the Client undertakes to pay for these Services.
- Procedure for Service Provision 3.1. The Client selects the required service and places the order. 3.2. After payment for the Services, the Contractor contacts the Client to clarify details and provide consultation in an agreed manner (online, by phone, in writing, etc.).
- Service Prices and Payment Method 4.1. The price of Services is determined for each type of consultation. 4.2. Payment is made by the Client in full before the provision of Services.
- Rights and Obligations of the Parties 5.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
- Provide Services with quality and in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of the Client’s information 5.2. The Client undertakes to:
- Provide reliable information for the provision of Services
- Pay for Services according to the terms of the Agreement
- Liability of the Parties 6.1. For non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Hong Kong SAR.
- Term of Agreement 7.1. The Agreement enters into force from the moment of acceptance of the offer by the Client and remains valid until the complete fulfillment of obligations by the Parties.
- Final Provisions 8.1. This Agreement may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally without prior notice to the Client. 8.2. For all other matters not provided for in this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the current legislation of Hong Kong SAR.
